Left to Right: Micam, Christine, Gennavieve, and Rob

Christine and Rob are active in the Dallas area chapter of the PCPJ. They are the proud parents of two young peacemakers, and Rob is completing his Th.M. in New Testament Studies and has been accepted into the PhD program at Brite Divinity School (Texas Christian University). Rob works actively with drug treatment programs, helping individuals recover, and become integrated back into society.

In 2007, his book Recover All: A Guide for Families in Understanding Addiction was published.

He maintains a blog "Jesus and Empire: A Postcolonial Perspective."

Research Interests (Rob): Presently, I am working on my New Testament thesis tentatively titled: "'Son of Humanity' through a Postcolonial Optic: An Evaluation of the Influence of the Danielic and Enochic Enthronements of the 'Son of Man' on Matthew 25:31." Quite a mouthful, I know. On my blog (J&E) I have reviewed many older and more recent postcolonial works along with my review and analyses of many journal articles on this and related topics, it functions as a way of me digesting the material and providing a resource for others. As you might have guessed, I am eagerly looking forward to doctoral studies.

Also, on a more practical level, I have recently taken a job with my local church as a chaplain to many individuals who are reintegrating from prison into society via a local business and also doing various administrative and support tasks to the church staff. I'm very appreciative for this opportunity to serve others in a local community of faith.
