Dozens of PCPJ members attended the Society for Pentecostal Studies (SPS) annual conference at Lee University March 8-10. On Friday night we met at Nellie Belle's restaurant for a time of fellowship and getting to know each other better. We watched the video from Shalom 2006, and we discussed upcoming events including Shalom 2007 and the Matthew 5 Project. Everyone had a great time.

During the conference PCPJ had a display table from which we were able to distribute material on peacemaking, start a peace dialogue among many of the conference attendees, and promote peace within the body. Next years SPS meeting will be held at Duke University and will be a joint meeting with the Weslyan Theological Society. We hope that many PCPJ members who were unable to make to this year's meetings will be able to attend this great conference next year.
